Bertin is founded on a sustainable approach in collaboration with our regional artisans and producers in order to honour the land, culture and heritage of our region. The light menu, in harmony with our wines, is a reflection of our local ecosystem and the

Bertin is open by reservation during the summer season from July to September on Thursdays and Fridays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
