ONLINE PURCHASE POLICY

I. LEGAL PROVISIONS

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol in Quebec. Only persons of legal age may order Clos Sainte-Thècle wines. Anyone placing an order must be prepared to provide proof of age upon request. Wines purchased on this site may not be resold except by authorized permit holders.

II. PAYMENTS

Online payments are made by credit card only.

III. PRICES

Prices displayed do not include provincial and federal taxes; these tax amounts will be calculated and displayed at the time you finalize your order.

IV. PICKING

Delivery is not available. You must pick up your order directly at the vineyard, by appointment, or during Bertin's opening hours in the summer season. We will contact you to arrange pick-up.

V. INTEGRITY OF WINES

Our wines evolve over time. Although they are bottled in optimal conditions to ensure their integrity for several years, they remain sensitive and must be protected from extreme temperatures and inadequate storage conditions. Clos Sainte-Thècle cannot be held responsible for storage conditions after delivery and declines all responsibility for the integrity of the wines once delivered.

VI. CLAIM AND REPLACEMENT

If you receive damaged bottles, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Clos Sainte-Thècle may, at its discretion, replace damaged bottles at its own expense or refund their purchase price.

If one of the bottles in your order is corked, it can be exchanged, if the product is available, or refunded in the event of a stock shortage. The bottle must be returned to the vineyard with at least three-quarters of its contents.

Please note that the presence of crystals at the bottom of a bottle is normal and does not constitute a defect. Deposits may also form in a bottle, as our wines are produced without fining or filtration. In these cases, it is recommended to decant the bottle carefully.
